Many teachers may think that classroom management is a Utopian endeavor (I used to be one of them) but I can tell you that you just have to find a system that works for you – your personality and your students.

To make this even better for your students, you can add up to five little stickers on each clothes pin before it can be moved up to the net level. Or you can first let each child personalize his/her clothes pin with washi tape, markers or nail polish and glitter.
