Unusual Books for Reluctant Readers

The most intriguing book you’ll find is actually very simple yet very imaginative. It’s titled ‘Press here‘ by Herve Tullet. Children read it think that it has magic in its pages. Check out the video below to see why… you’ll giggle.

Another Herve Tullet book (but this is for older kids) is ‘Help! We Need a Title! The book has characters, but they don’t yet know what their story is. It’s hilarious!

I love that this author really thinks out of the box. His books are so unique.

Other really unique books are below.

The Book With No Pictures                       The Book No One Wants to Read

                (I highly recommend this one!)

Here’s a book called The Onion’s Great Escape by Sara Fanelli. Get this – this book actually splits and breaks apart for you to free an onion! It’s full of philosophical questions that stretch the imagination of a child and get them to really think.
