Back to School Books – A Grade Specific Reading List

Many parents and teachers feel so helpless when their child’s stomach is in knots because it’s the first day of school in a new class. Children worry about fitting in, making friends and liking their new teacher.  There are books out there that speak directly to kids and their fears about school. These are a few. I have arranged the listing according to grade level. Did you know that all of the books below can be read on most devices?

Thanks! I've been looking for good back to school books for 4th grade! I switched last year from 2nd grade, and read some favorites. The kids told me they were babyish. Ha! I'm trying it again with new selection this year! 😉
