A construction themed classroom is all about working hard, being safe, and following the rules. Students are expected to always be prepared and to always have their tools. There are clear directions and signs for every learning station. Black and yellow are the colors for this theme.

This classroom’s morning meeting area is construction themed. The teacher used a black and yellow calendar chart but she took out the cards that it came with, and replaced them with small cone cut-outs. She used a yellow curtain skirt to hide the storage area. The bulletin board background is the red brick paper Better Than Paper bulletin board roll.
The same paper roll was used to make this little construction notice board.
This construction themed classroom door design used orange bulletin board paper (but you can use yellow if you prefer), construction tape, and a kid zone sign. The rest of the door was covered in a construction themed birthday banner. The birthday part was cut off. At the time of making this door, the banner had a tractor on it. But the manufacturer has changed the image to other vehicles. It now has a crane, a cement truck, and a dump truck. You can find the banner on Amazon here.
Its part of a construction themed birthday banner set. Here's the link to it on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3A9E4uy I will add this information to the post. Thanks for asking. – Nyla
